BIMcollab Nexus streamlines model-based collaboration by centralizing BIM requirements, model coordination, issue management, information takeoffs, and progress tracking—all in the cloud.
You can choose from three subscription plans: Essential, Premium, or Ultimate, each starting with a minimum of 10 users. Subscriptions are available with either monthly or yearly payment options. The right plan for you depends on your specific needs:
- Essential Plan: Ideal for basic requirements. (BIM coordination, Requirements, Issue and clash management)
- Premium Plan: Offers additional functionalities for enhanced collaboration. (Customization, workflows, connection to 3rd-party CDEs)
- Ultimate Plan: Provides the most comprehensive feature set for large organizations. (Department-statistics, user logs and security)
As your company evolves, upgrading to a more feature-rich plan is seamless, ensuring your team always has the right tools at their disposal. You can also easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription as your needs change.

- Approval workflow, define per issue which team members need to approve a resolution before the issue can be closed.

Integrations
- Autodesk Docs integration: Provides BIM teams access to models stored in Autodesk Docs, directly within BIMcollab. Team members can review the federated model, create issues or review existing issues without the need for uploading files to a secondary repository.
- Trimble Connect integration: BIMcollab users, including those who do not have access to BIM modeling tools, will be able to view, edit and comment on issues in the context of the BIM models stored on Trimble Connect. No secondary uploads or installers required.

Project Management:
- Create Divisions and departments for your company: Your company can consist of multiple divisions. Each division can consist of several departments. BIMcollab Nexus projects can be linked to a department. With the use of divisions and departments you can easily filter items for your users, so users will only see projects and issues of the department of division they belong to and assigning issues can be limited to members of the same department or division.
- Get users access logs, so you can see in detail how your employees use BIMcollab.
- Project costs per department: The 'statistics' function shows the usage of the space per user or per department, with this export calculation of costs per department is possible.
Security:
- Use single sign on Via Azure Active Directory users can sign in in BIMcollab Nexus by using their company credentials.
