Email notification frequency

Email notification frequency

Users are notified by email about the report of activities assigned to them in a time period.
Each team member can set their email notifications frequency preferences by following the steps below:
  1. Go to the Settings page of your project
  2. Click on your name in the team members list
  3. In the 'Edit team member window', under the 'Team member report of activities assigned to me' select how often would you like to receive the report
Available options are :
  1. Never
  2. Immediate
  3. Once a Day
  4. Weekly

In the same menu, users with a Project Leader role will have an option to select how often they would like to receive a report of all activities.

The frequency of email notifications is project related. A user can set this up separately for every project they are a part of.
