📝 Note: This procedure only applies to BIMcollab space subscription and BIMcollab Zoom floating licenses. To cancel a BIMcollab Zoom single license, please email our administration.
The administrator of a space can cancel the subscription on the Administration Dashboard of the space.
Ending a subscription must be done at least one month before the renewal date of your subscription when you are on a yearly payment plan. When you are on a monthly payment plan you can end your subscription at any time, taking into account a one month notice.
Go to the Subscription dashboard by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner
(If you do not see the gear icon, you do not have administrative rights in the space.)
2. You wil be redirected to the BIMcollab Webshop page:
3. Click 'End subscription' at the bottom of the page
We would regret it if you end your subscription, and therefore we would like to know the reason for this.
We kindly ask you to fill out the survey and click 'Confirm' to end your subscription.
The cancellation date will be set at the end of your payment term.
⚠️ Attention: When you cancelled your subscription you can no longer access the data on your space after the cancellation date.
We advise you to backup your projects by exporting them with one of the reporting features. You can find more information on how to create a backup of your project in the article Create a backup of your project.
