Smart Views can be easily shared with team members within a project by following these steps:
Start BIMcollab Zoom application.
Make sure your BIMcollb Zoom license is retrieved: Retrieve a BIMcollab Zoom application license.
Connect to the correct space and project.
Select the Smart Views panel.
Drag and drop the Smart View(s) you wish to share from 'Local' to 'Shared', or create them directly in 'Shared'.
📝 Note: To be able to add, edit, or remove Smart Views in 'Shared', team members require BIMcollab Zoom edit rights.
