All Smart Views are organized into sets to keep the rules structured and easier to find.
To add a new set, you can right-click on one of the two folders - Local or Shared, and choose Add smart view set.
You can also use the '+' button to add a Smart View set or a Smart View:
When one of the two folders, Local or Shared, is selected, you can use the '+' button to create a new Smart View set.
When a Smart View set is selected, you can use the '+' button to create a new Smart View.
📝 Note:
The Smart Views in the Local folder are visible only to you.
Smart Views in the Shared folder are visible for all team members connected to your BIMcollab project. Shared Smart Views are also accessible in the BIMcollab WebViewer to run visual model validation directly from your browser. To check if it’s included in your subscription, review the Tier comparison list or contact your admin.
⚠️ Attention: BIMcollab Zoom license and Zoom edit rights are required to share, import and export Smart Views in BIMcollab.
