This can be done directly from BIMcollab Zoom which will generate a zip-file that contains all the necessary log files.
Note: If possible, please try and reproduce the problem you experience directly before generating your log files. It is also beneficial if you can share a timestamp of when you did so.
Follow these steps:
In the BIMcollab Zoom Search bar, type this command: !report
A command window will open and after a few moments it will inform you that a ZIP file has been created on your Zoom
Please attach this zip-file to your email response to BIMcollab Support
This procedure is only enabled for Windows operating system users. If you are using the MacOS version of BIMcollab Zoom, please notify us.
