The administrator of a space can change the subscription at any time via the subscription dashboard in the space itself.
Go to the Subscription dashboard by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner
(If you do not see the gear icon, you do not have administrative rights in the space.)
Choose 'Subscription', you will be redirected to the BIMcollab Webshop
If you click 'Change plan', you can make changes in your subscription:
After making the changes you can either choose to update your contract immediately by clicking 'Go to confirmation' or first click 'Generate quote' to get a quote to review before agreeing to the new price.
⚠️ Attention: When downgrading, the number of users and BIMcollab Zoom licenses in your space is reduced immediately. You cannot downgrade below the number of active users in the space. Make sure to deactivate the surplus of users first, so the amount of active users in the space is the same or lower than the new number.
⚠️ Attention: If you downgrade your subscription, the downgrade will take effect immediately. However, your current billing period will remain unchanged and is non-refundable. The changes to your invoice will take effect at your next renewal date.
When upgrading, the new price will always be calculated from the first day of the next month, whether you have chosen a monthly or yearly payment term.
With a monthly payment term, your next invoice will be the new price.
📝 Note: Let's say you decide to upgrade on March 15th. You will enjoy the upgraded features for free until March 31st. On your next invoice for the period of April 1st until April 31st, the new price will be charged.
With a yearly payment term, you will receive an upgrade invoice, on which the remaining months until your renewal date are calculated and will charge only the additional users and licenses for that period.
📝 Note: Let's say you decide to upgrade on March 15th and your renewal date is July 1st. You can use the upgraded features at no extra cost until March 31st.
Starting April 1st, you’ll receive an additional invoice covering the price difference for the remaining period until July 1st.
From your next yearly invoice, the new subscription price will be charged.
