Change your payment method

How to update payment methods for BIMcollab subscriptions.

📝 Note: This procedure only applies to BIMcollab space subscription and BIMcollab Zoom floating licenses. To cancel a BIMcollab Zoom single license, please email our finance department.

Recently, our credit card security has been updated. As a safety measure, your payment method may have been reset to manual. To make sure your next invoice is payed automatically, update your payment information.

Changes to the payment method of your space can be made at any time via the Subscription dashboard of the space, by following these steps:

  1. Choose 'Subscription' after clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner.


    (If you do not see the gear icon, you do not have administrative rights. Coordinate with the space administrator about updating billing and payment information.)

  2. You will be redirected to the BIMcollab Webshop.

  3. To change the payment information, click the 'Change' button at 'Your payment details'.


  4. Under 'Change payment details', select the desired option.
    Available payment method options are:

    • Payment per invoice

    • Automatic bank payment from a bank account by direct debit

    • Automatic credit card payment by direct debit

  5. Depending on your choice, either fill in your IBAN number or choose your credit card type.

    (You can choose to authorize KUBUS to deduct automatically from bank account and fill in your IBAN, or authorize for automatic direct debit from credit card and choose your creditcard type (this option is not available in the Monthly subscription).)

  6. Click 'Save changes' at the bottom of the screen and if you have chosen to use credit card you can fill in the details in the next screen and validate the automatic payment:

This information will be used for your next invoice.
