BIMcollab CDE provides advanced Document Management features to optimize your BIM workflow.
As a space Administrator or Project Leader, you can easily start a trial directly from within your existing BIMcollab space.

What's Included in the trial?
With the trial, you can explore everything the BIMcollab CDE (BIMcollab Twin) has to offer:
30-day access: Try out the CDE in your BIMcollab space for 30 days.
BIMcollab Twin Ultimate plan: All basic and advanced features are available, based on the Ultimate plan.
25 BIMcollab Twin licenses: Assign licenses to up to 25 team members so they can use Document Management in your projects.
Set up the trial
You can start a CDE trial from any space that already has a BIMcollab Nexus subscription. You will be able to use the Document Management trial in all existing and any new projects in your BIMcollab space.
How to start a Document Management trial:
Log in to your BIMcollab Space.
Navigate to the dashboard of any project.
Switch to the Documents dashboard page, or open the Documents or To-dos tab.
Click on 'Start 30-day trial' in the top banner.
A window will confirm that the trial is valid for 30 days. Additionally, all Project Leaders and Administrators will receive an email notification that a trial has been started in their space.
Click on the 'Start Free Trial' button.
After a few moments, you will get a confirmation message that your trial has started successfully.
The Document Management features are now also available in the Dashboard, Documents and To do's tabs for all of your projects.
Assigning licenses
By default, only the user who started the trial will be assigned a BIMcollab Twin license. To give access to other team members, an Administrator can assign Twin licenses from the User page.

Transition the trial to a subscription
If you want to keep Document Management after your trial ends, you can upgrade your space at any time.
Subscriptions are available with monthly or yearly payment options.
Start with a minimum of 10 users and easily upgrade later.
How to upgrade:
Click on 'Buy now' on the trial banner.
In the BIMcollab Webshop, you can: Select your BIMcollab modules (1), adjust the number of licenses (2), choose your plan type (3), select a payment period (4), review your plan and pricing in the summary section (5), and change the currency (6).
Select Get Quote or Go to company details to finalize the purchase.
Once purchased, your trial will seamlessly transition to a subscription within minutes.
⚠️ Attention: If you decide not to purchase a Twin subscription before the end of the 30 days, your trial will come to an end, and you will switch back to your current subscription.
The Dashboard, Documents, and To do's tabs will become unavailable again.
