Contact the BIMcollab Support team to request a change of administrator. You can reach them by:

When reaching out, make sure to provide the following information:
Current Administrator: First name, last name, and email address.
New Administrator: First name, last name, and email address.
The Support team will assist in replacing the current administrator with the new one.
Best Practices
To prevent such situations in the future:
Always assign at least two users with administrative rights in your BIMcollab space.
Notify your team in advance if an administrator will be unavailable (e.g., leaving the company or going on leave).
Appoint a new or temporary administrator for the duration of any planned absences.
