Updated over 4 months ago

In BIMcollab, you can access comprehensive data about your Projects, Teams, Users, and Issues within your Space by navigating to the Statistics tab on the Administration page.

To have an overview of all the information in your Space:

  1. Go to the Administration portal by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner and select the option of Space Administration.

  2. Select the Statistics tab (2) to access an overview of all data related to your Space, as shown in the image below.

Here, you will also find various sections that offer insights into different aspects of your Space.

Projects

The projects tab within the Statistics section provides detailed information about projects, organized by division and department. This includes the following:

  1. Active projects: the number of ongoing projects

  2. Inactive projects: projects that are not currently active

  3. Deleted projects: projects that have been removed

  4. Total number of projects: the overall count of projects

You can expand each division using the dropdown to reveal specific department information. Additionally, a "Total" row at the bottom displays the cumulative totals for each column.

💡 Tip: Each section also includes a Report button in the top-right corner of the page, allowing you to generate Excel or CSV reports for more detailed analysis or record-keeping.

Teams

The Teams tab provides detailed information about users based on their roles within each project. This data is organized by division and department, allowing for easy analysis of team composition across the organization. The available information includes the following user roles:

  • Project leaders: Users who manage and oversee the project.

  • Editors: Users with permissions to edit and modify project content.

  • Reviewers: Users responsible for reviewing project content.

  • Viewers: Users who have view-only access to the project.

  • Inactive users: Users who are currently not active in any role.

Additionally, there is a Total number of users column, which provides the cumulative count of users in each category. Each division can also be expanded to view the detailed breakdown by department of projects.

Users

In the Users tab, you can view the number of active, inactive, and deleted projects associated with each user in the Space.

Issues

In the Issues tab, you can view a detailed breakdown of all active issues, categorized by Division, Department, and Project. Each issue is also represented by its current status—whether it is Active, To be Approved, Resolved, or Closed—giving you a clear snapshot of the progress within each category.

Additionally, you can see the total number of issues across all projects, providing an at-a-glance view of issue volume and status distribution within your Space. This data enables you to monitor progress, manage resources, and gain insights into project and team performance across your Space.
