What is affected?
There’s a known issue in BIMcollab Zoom where the Smart View rules — specifically the actions "Set transparent" or "Add and set transparent" — don’t work as expected. Instead of making elements transparent, they remain fully visible.
Status update: The issue has been fixed in BIMcollab Zoom version 9.4.7. If you’re using an earlier version, update to 9.4.7 or later to resolve the problem.
Workaround (if you haven't updated yet):
You can still create a transparent view in your Smart View by using this two-line rule:
First line: Use the action "Add" with your desired elements or criteria.
Second line: Use the action "Add and set transparent" with the same elements or criteria..
❗ Warning: Make sure both lines refer to the same element types and properties for the workaround to work properly.
