Allow communication to BIMcollab through the firewall

Ensure your firewall allows access to specific IP ranges and BIMcollab domains.

Updated over 3 months ago

In order to startup BIMcollab Zoom and BCF Managers or make a connection to a BIMcollab online project, you need access to the internet. This connection from the applications to a BIMcollab online space might be blocked by a firewall.

Open the firewall to the following IP ranges and domains in order to allow all communication to BIMcollab:

  1. IP ranges:
    Block / Owner / Provider / Host Min. / Host Max. /Subnet

    1. 213.206.235.80/28 / KUBUS / Interconnect / 213.206.235.80 / 213.206.235.95 / 255.255.255.240

    2. 213.206.236.64/28 / KUBUS / Interconnect / 213.206.236.64 / 213.206.236.79 / 255.255.255.240

    3. 213.206.254.16/28 / KUBUS / Interconnect / 213.206.254.16 / 213.206.254.31 / 255.255.255.240

    4. 212.83.210.160/28 / KUBUS / Interconnect / 212.83.210.160 / 212.83.210.175 / 255.255.255.240

  2. Domains:

    1. join.bimcollab.com

    2. kubusadminservice.bimcollab.com

    3. kubuslicenseservice.bimcollab.com

    4. bcfapi.bimcollab.com

    5. my.bimcollab.com

    6. sonic.bimcollab.com

All communication is performed through the HTTPS protocol using the standard IP port 443.

If you make use of a proxy server, also fill in your proxy settings. If necessary, ask your IT department for help.
