Share Smart properties with my team members:
Start BIMcollab Zoom
Connect to the correct space and project
Go to Validate > Smart Properties
Drag and drop the Smart Properties you wish to share from 'Local' to 'Shared', or create them directly in 'Shared'
📝 Note: To be able to add, edit, or remove Smart Properties in 'Shared', team members require BIMcollab Zoom editing rights.
⚠️ Attention: The Smart Properties are shared in a project and are available for all team members. You cannot limit who you share Smart Properties with.
⚠️ Attention: If a local and a shared Smart Property have the same name, the shared Smart Property will take precedence.
