List definitions can be easily shared with team members within a project by following these steps:
Start BIMcollab Zoom application with an active license.
Connect to the correct space and project.
Select the Lists panel.
Drag and drop the Lists you wish to share from 'Local' to 'Shared' or create the Lists directly in 'Shared'.
⚠️ Attention: To be able to add, edit, or remove Lists in 'Shared', team members require an active BIMcollab Zoom application license and edit rights.
