What do we do?
Support
We provide support for all BIMcollab customers. Our goal is to help you work with our software in the best way possible for your company.
Advise
Together with you, we search for the best way for you to make use of our products in your organisation.
Inform customers
In our Help Center we create articles about our products. Reoccurring questions we receive are converted into articles so that everybody can find solutions by themselves without having to contact us.
Periodically we send out a Techtip with useful tips and tricks.
Create online courses
We are creating online courses for all our BIMcollab products. This is an ongoing process, so gradually more and more courses will be made available in our BIMcollab academy.
Gather wishes
During our contacts with customers we collect valuable wishes for our products. We are in close contact with our development department, all wishes will be discussed with them and can lead to new functionalities in future versions.
How do we do that?
By offering a direct line of communication between BIMcollab and the users of our products. You can contact us by email at any time, or write to us on the chat during office hours (08.30 - 17.30 Central European [Summer*] Time). Every email or chat conversation exchanged with our customers is documented as a support ticket in our registration system.
We will follow up on these tickets as soon as we can. In general we will correspond in English. If possible the members of the Support Team will answer you in your own language. The extra current available languages are Dutch, French, German, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish.
Who is in the team?
Laura Vanderhoven
Role in the Support Team: BIMcollab support since the beginning, team lead BIMcollab support team.
Specialty knowledge: Issue management, Model validation, BCF Managers, Solibri, Archicad
Background: Architect
Languages: Dutch (Flemish!), English, French, a little Spanish, and a little German
Passions outside the office: Baking, crocheting, doing something new and spontaneous.
Nakary Montilla
Role in the Support Team: Helping BIMcollab users since the summer of 2022, contributing to the content creation for the BIMcollab Academy and Tech tip as well as the Spanish translation of our Help Center.
Specialty knowledge: Model validation, Issue management, Navisworks Manage, and Revit
Background: Architect with also work experience in BIM coördination
Languages: Spanish, and English
Passions outside the office: Loves dancing! painting, and making DIY projects on weekends. Recently start practicing Kyudo.
Rob Smulders
Role in the Support Team: Relatively new to the BIMcollab Support Team, but long-time member of the other Support Team of KUBUS.
Specialty knowledge: Model validation, Solibri, Archicad, Revit
Background: Experienced CAD and BIM product engineer, also worked as building engineer in Architectural firms
Languages: Dutch, English
Passions outside the office: Cycling, sailing, skiing and snowboarding, and exploring neighboring countries in my self-converted camper-van.
Bojana Dukanovic Foss
Role in the Support Team: Joined the team in the fall of 2023, primarily to support the addition of Document management.
Specialty knowledge: Document management, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Background: Architect
Languages: English, Serbian and un poquito de Español
Passions outside the office: Always on the lookout for new art museums and galleries to visit, especially if they are set in great architecture. Also, always exploring the city and searching for the next cool playground with my kid.
Joslin Nel
Role in the Support Team: Providing BIMcollab support as well as maintaining and developing the BIMcollab Academy.
Specialty knowledge: Issue management, Model validation, Document management, Revit + BCF Manager
Background: Architect
Languages: English, basic Afrikaans
Passions outside the office: Cooking, casual running & hiking, Standup Paddleboarding, crafting and taking every opportunity to explore different parts of Europe.
René de Kruijf
Role in the Support Team: Developing BIMcollab Academy Courses, KUBUS Spexx support.
Specialty knowledge: KUBUS Spexx, Issue management, document management.
Background: Architectural Engineer with IT experience.
Languages: English, German, Dutch.
Sahar Golchin Far
Role in the Support Team: Offering BIMcollab support. In charge of BIMcollab Help Center.
Specialty knowledge: Model validation, Issue management, Document management, Revit, Navisworks, Solibri
Background: Architectural Engineer with BIM project experience

Passions outside the office: Traveling around the world and learning about different cultures; cooking and baking.
