When the results of a List have been shared by one of the team members, they can be viewed by the whole team in BIMcollab Zoom application and BIMcollab spaces.

View the results in BIMcollab Zoom applications
Start BIMcollab Zoom application.
Connect to the correct space and project.
Select the Lists panel.
Select the List you want to view the results of in the shared node.
In the toolbar at the top of the List control panel, there's a drop down menu where you can choose between:
Active model results are the data corresponding to the loaded models in BIMcollab Zoom application.
Shared results are the data which has been shared through BIMcollab spaces.
📝 Note: Active model results are only available for users with a license and BIMcollab Zoom application editing rights. The drop down menu will be disabled for other users.
When the results have not been shared by another user, no data will be shown to a free user for the selected List.
View the results in BIMcollab space
The shared results can also be viewed in the project in BIMcollab spaces:
Login to your space in BIMcollab spaces (website).
Go to the correct project.
Select the 'Checking' tab in the top banner and go to the 'Lists' section.
Choose a List set, then specify which table you want to review by selecting the dropdown icon. Click on 'View results'.
The shared results of the List will be displayed in a new window.
You can also see the information of the team member who published the results and the date from the last modification.

Property Table
Just like in BIMcollab Zoom application, it is also possible to toggle the option to 'Merge uniform rows' of a property table. You can also filter the data in a column by selecting the filter icon behind the column name.
Pivot Grid
You can double-click on a Pivot Grid cell to view more details about the data.
⚠️ Attention: Results from dashboard data Lists will not be available in BIMcollab spaces. These results are meant to be used in a dashboard application like Power BI.
💡 Tip: You can also access shared List results on the BIMcollab Model WebViewer, allowing you to view them alongside your IFC file on your BIMcollab online project.
