Zoom edit rights

Zoom edit rights

The Zoom edit rights determine whether a team member is able to create, edit and share the following in BIMcollab Zoom:
  1. Smart views
  2. Clash rules
  3. Lists
  4. Project folder
Zoom edit rights within a project only affect the Shared nodes of these tabs.

This setting can be switched on by the Project leader in the 'team member settings' of the project:
  1. Login to your BIMcollab Nexus space
  2. Select the preferred project
  3. Go to settings page
  4. Choose the team member who needs Zoom edit rights in the Team members tab
  5. In the Edit team member screen, switch on the Zoom edit rights
  6. Choose Save

Zoom edit rights are only available for the roles Project leader and Editor. To read more about roles in a project consult this article: Roles within the BIMcollab environment
