My name contains question marks in BIMcollab Nexus
BIMcollab Nexus is designed to support most character sets. However, when your BIMcollab Nexus administrator imports users from a file, if the encoding used in the source file is not recognized by BIMcollab Nexus then any special characters your name may contain are converted into a question mark.
Solution:
- Log into BIMcollab
- Click on your avatar, and choose 'My account'

- Edit your name
