Cancel a BIMcollab subscription

This procedure only applies to BIMcollab Nexus subscription and BIMcollab Zoom floating licenses. To cancel a BIMcollab Zoom single license, please email our administration.

The administrator of a space can cancel the subscription on the Administration Dashboard of the space.

1. Go to the Subscription dashboard by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner
   
   
   
   
   

   If you do not see the gear icon, you do not have administrative rights in the space.
2. Go to the Subscription tab, and click 'End subscription'
   
   
   
3. A survey will popup to ask you for the reason of ending the subscriptions. This will help us provide you with better service. 
   The cancellation date will be set at the end of your payment term.

Pay attention to the end date of your subscription. 

Cancellation needs to be done at least one month before the renewal date.

When you cancelled your subscription you can no longer access the data on your space after the cancellation date.

We advise you to backup your projects by exporting them with one of the reporting features. You can find more information on how to create a backup of your project in the article Create a backup of your project.
