When you are connected to a project, BIMcollab allows you to filter Issues based on Issue properties such as Type, Milestone and 'Assigned to' and by using the Favorites bookmarks.

Use the values from the drop-down or check-boxes to create a filter to view Issues with specific values.

Next to the Issue properties you can optionally filter out Issues which are set with limited visibility.
To always view Issues that are waiting on your approval regardless of the filter settings, use the option 'include Issues that I have to approve'.

[Save] the filter and name it to add it to your saved filters.

You can apply a filter from the saved list.

Apart from the filter function, you can also display a list of favorites in the BCF Manager.

To add an Issue to a favorites list, right click on an Issue in the Issues list and select the favorites list you wish to add it to.

To view a favorites list, click on the ‘filter’ button to select the favorites list you wish to view.
​

You can also narrow down the Issue list using the search bar. When searching with numbers, the search specifically looks for Issue numbers. If the Issue title contains numbers, the surrounding text should also be included for the search to find your desired Issue.
