When you are connected to an online project, BIMcollab allows you to filter Issues based on Issue properties such as type, milestone and 'assigned to' and by using favorites.

Use the values from the drop-down or check-boxes to create a filter to view Issues with specific values.

Next to the Issue properties you can optionally filter out Issues which are set with limited visibility.
To always view Issues that are waiting on your approval regardless of the filter settings, use the option 'include Issues that I have to approve'.

Save the filter and name it to add it to your saved filters.

You can apply a filter from the saved list.

Apart from the filter function, you can also display a list of favorites in BIMcollab Zoom application.

To add an Issue as a favorites, right click on an Issue and select the favorites list you wish to add it to.

To view a favorites list, click on the ‘filter’ button to select the favorites list you wish to view.
