The layout of the AutoCAD ribbon is stored in the workspace. If you switch to a custom workspace in which the BIMcollab tab is not present, the BCF Manager will not show up in the ribbon.
To show the BCF Manager in a custom workspace, enter 'SHOW_BCF_MANAGER' or 'BIMCOLLAB' in the Command line.
