Manage the notifications per project

Set your notification frequency as a team member.

Each team member can set their email notifications frequency preferences. To update the preferences, go to the (1) Settings page of your project and click on the (2) My Settings.

In the 'Edit team member window', under the 'Team member report of activities assigned to me' select how often you would like to receive the report.

Available options are :

  1. Never

  2. Immediate

  3. Once a Day - with the possibility of choosing a specific time

  4. Weekly - with the possibility of selecting a specific working day and time

Set your notification frequency as a project leader.

In the same menu, users with a Project Leader role will have the option to select how often they would like to receive a report of all activities.

Available options are :

  1. Never

  2. Once a Day - with the possibility of choosing a specific time

  3. Weekly - with the possibility of selecting a specific working day and time

📝 Note: The frequency of email notifications is project-related. A user can set this up separately for every project they are a part of.

Manage your notifications for the complete space

You can also manage your report notifications all at once for the projects you are part of.

❗ Warning: Make sure that this is a deliberate choice because you will not receive any notification reports anymore!

Not receiving any reports or notifications or wishing not to receive them?

Enable/Disable the option 'Automatic Notifications' in your space account.
Click on your account settings in the top right and select 'My account'.

⚠️ Attention: This option only applies to the automatically sent team member notifications and project leader reports. Other notifications are still possible.
Other notification options:

  1. Manually notify someone about a specific change while editing an issue

  2. Follow an issue to track all changes of an issue
