An issue has been fixed where the 'Completed on' field in exported Excel files for open review tasks was showing an unknown date.

Upload Flow Validation Issue
A bug where upload flow validation failed for previously selected files in the queue for some clients has been resolved.

Document Upload Settings (for Twin users with a Nexus subscription only)
A simplified file upload method has been introduced in the Documents tab for new projects, in the Settings page, Document upload settings. A new 'Default Upload' option bypasses unnecessary metadata entry, making the upload process faster and more efficient. For existing projects, the original upload method, now labelled 'Advanced Document Upload', remains in place.

XMLS files have been added to the list of file extensions, used in a custom user role to block uploads of a specific file type.

Resolved an issue where some users documents originating from project (phases) are now visible at both location and group location levels, ensuring improved accessibility and consistency.

Resolved an issue where published confidential documents were not appearing in the Published Documents table. These documents now display correctly as expected.

Company abbreviation: Assign standardized abbreviations to companies, to use in the document naming convention and enhance document traceability.

Document states Shared and Published folders
​The previous module, Realization, and the document categories associated with it (Documents for approval, Published documents, Rejected documents) are replaced with document states. Document states refer to the process of reviewing project documentation before receiving final approval. In aligment with the ISO19650 standard, documents can be followed in the Shared and Published folder, using the structured file states: Shared, Published, and Archived. Previously realization-related document tasks can be tracked in the To do's module under the Review tasks, using the relevant task status (open, approved, rejected, etc.).

​It is now possible to bulk review multiple Review tasks, from the To-do's list. The approval icons have been updated.

Clarify message when deleting users
​When deleting users who are taking part in workflows, the old messaging was unclear. It has been changed to: “This user is involved in the following workflows. Deleting this user may disrupt or disable these workflows.”

Table layout for administrators

A new table layout has been added for space administrators with edit and delete action icons. We have also included more information about the usage of each item in relevant objects, such as documents and workflows. Clicking on the name is still possible, but it is no longer highlighted as a link. A user is now always directed to an edit page so changes can be made more quickly.

Action history with stamped documents
When documents are stamped, the action history is always appended with either a success of error message. When documents are locked and can’t be stamped, this will now be visible in the action history as an error. Previously this would silently fail.

Missing metadata in exported upload list
Resolved the issue where not all metadata for linked documents was exported when generating an upload list.

A bug preventing users from downloading the upload list when selecting all documents in the documents grid has been fixed.

Custom Fields for Document Naming Conventions
A new custom field with a single-select option is now available for use in custom Document Naming Conventions. Code abbreviations must be added to the custom field options as needed. An unlimited number of custom fields can be created and utilized.
