Why can’t others read the BCF files I create with BIMcollab Zoom?

All products in the BIMcollab ecosystem, including BIMcollab Zoom, support reading and writing BCF files in the 1.0, 2.0 and 2.1 formats. When exporting issues to BCF, please make sure that you select a version which is supported by the receiving application.

Otherwise they may not be able to find and correctly open the files.
