Why can't I see the entire BCF Managers’ dialog in the Revit interface?

There is a problem in Revit 2017 where the content of dialogs do not appear completely when the display is set on 125% or larger. This is solved from Revit 2018 on. In Revit 2017 the only solution is to switch back to 100% display.
