Viewing and creating support tickets in the BIMcollab Help Center

In the BIMcollab Help Center you can see your support tickets, respond to active tickets, and create new tickets:

1. Start by going to our Help Center 
   
2. Go to helpcenter and click 'Log in'

You will see the BIMcollab ID login screen. If you already have a BIMcollab ID, you can sign in using the email adress and password you've created for this earlier.

If the emailadres you enter here has not been used for a BIMcollab ID before, you can sign up and create a BIMcollab ID directly.

After signing in you will be redirected to 'My Area' in the BIMcollab support portal:

Here you can create a new support ticket, see your existing tickets and also tickets from your colleagues.

You can click on a ticket to open it, you can see the history of the ticket and use 'Reply' to add more information to the ticket or answer a question from the support team.

Click on your initials icon and choose 'Logout' to return to the initial Helpcenter page.
