Share Smart properties with my team members
Smart Properties can be easily shared with team members within a project by following these steps:
- Start BIMcollab Zoom
- Connect to the correct space and project
- Go to Validate > Smart Properties
- Drag and drop the Smart Properties you wish to share from 'Local' to 'Shared', or create them directly in 'Shared'
To be able to add, edit or remove Smart Properties in 'Shared', team members require
ZOOM editing rights.
The Smart Properties are shared in a project and are available for all team members. You cannot limit who you share Smart Properties with.
If a local and a shared Smart Property have the same name, the shared Smart Property will take precedence.
