Limits for Issue report

Limits for Issue report

Reports from BIMcollab Nexus have export limits depending on the file type and reporting options:

BCF
  1. Maximum number of issues: 2.500
Excel
  1. Maximum number of issues without history: 10.000
  2. Maximum number of issues with history: 2.500
  3. Maximum number of issues with history and changelog: 2.500
PDF
  1. Maximum number of issues without history: 10.000
  2. Maximum number of issues with history: 2.500
  3. Maximum number of issues with history and changelog: 2.500
  4. Maximum number of activities: 10.000

By default all the visible issues are being exported. Which issues are visible can be changed with Favorites, the default filters 'Open', 'Open for me' and 'Approve by me', or a custom Filter.
When one or more issues are selected, only the selected issues are exported.

If you select issues and make an export of them, there is a limit of 500 issues. This means if the number of selected issues is greater than 500, the export option will not be available.
The reason for this limit is performance related, exporting selected issues takes up much more resources than exporting all issues or a filtered selection of issues.
