Fly mode is too slow/fast

There are two options to change this:
  1. Use the SHIFT key in combination with the arrow keys
    This is called ‘run’ mode.
  2. Adjust the default speed setting in the settings/navigation dialog
    This can also be done using keyboard shortcuts: ‘ , ’ (comma) adjusts the speed down, ‘ . ’ (period) adjusts the speed up.
