Downgrade your subscription

You can downgrade your space at any time via the administrator dashboard on the space itself.
Administrators can reach the administration page by clicking on the settings icon, and choosing 'Administration' in the pull down menu. 



Go to the Dashboard, and click 'Get a quote to update'



Under 'Your new contract' select the new Plan, the new amount of users and the new amount of ZOOM licenses.
Click 'Get quote'.



If you are unable to make changes to the 'Your new contract' section, please contact us at support@bimcollab.com.

On the next page you can either choose to update your contract immediately by clicking 'Place order' or first get a quote to review before agreeing to the new price.


When downgrading, the number of users and ZOOM licenses in your space is reduced immediately. You cannot downgrade below the number of active users in the space. Make sure to deactivate the surplus of users first, so the amount of active users in the space is the same or lower than the new number.
The new price will be calculated from the first day of the next payment term.
  1. With a monthly payment, this is the first of the next month. 
  2. With a a yearly payment, the new price is calculated from the renewal date of the contract, which might be several months later. Be aware that we use a 1 month notice period before the renewal date to downgrade the subscription.
