Downgrade your subscription

The administrator of a space can downgrade the space at any time via the administrator dashboard on the space itself.
  1. Go to the Subscription dashboard by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner



    If you do not see the gear icon, you do not have administrative rights in the space.
  2. Go to the Subscription tab, and change the subscription here. 



  3. Under 'Your new subscription' select the new Plan, the new amount of users and the new amount of Zoom licenses
  4. Click 'Next'
  5. You will be asked to fill in a quick survey to let us know the reason for your downgrade. This will help us provide you with better service.




    If you are unable to make changes to the 'Your new contract' section, please contact us at support@bimcollab.com.
  6. On the next page you can either choose to update your contract immediately by clicking 'Place order' or first get a quote to review before agreeing to the new price.



When downgrading, the number of users and Zoom licenses in your space is reduced immediately. You cannot downgrade below the number of active users in the space. Make sure to deactivate the surplus of users first, so the amount of active users in the space is the same or lower than the new number.
The new price will be calculated from the first day of the next payment term.
  1. With a monthly payment, this is the first of the next month.
  2. With a yearly payment, the new price is calculated from the renewal date of the contract, which might be several months later. Be aware that we use a 1 month notice period before the renewal date to downgrade the subscription.
