Clicking on a document number in the document overview list displays the document's details. These details are organized into several tabs, including: Document, Versions, Attachments, Links, Document Sets, To Do's, Workflows, and Events.
The Events tab, positioned at the bottom of the document details panel, records all actions performed on the document. It details the date and time of each action, the individual who executed it, their affiliated company, and any additional information related to the event.
Each Event action displays the corresponding document version in the "Related" column, and clicking the link redirects to the document overview of that version. The possible actions in the Events tab include the following:
- Archived: the document has been archived.
- Activated: the document has been unarchived.
- Added to (document set): the document was added to a document set.
- Added to (document version): a new version of the document was added.
- Added to (revision): the document was marked for revision.
- Added to (workflow): the document triggered a workflow action.

- Frozen: a freezing action was performed on the document.
