Create references to other issues

Create references to other issues

When one issue needs to be mentioned in another, the hashtag symbol (#) can be used to create a hyperlink and facilitate navigation to the referred issue:
  1. Open the issue you want to edit in edit mode
  2. Go to the 'Comment' field
  3. Type '#' followed by the number of the problem you want to reference
    (for example #5)
As you enter the formula, the title of the issue you refer to will be displayed on the screen

  4. Click on Save
After saving your comment, the clickable link will be shown in grey, and you can place the cursor on it to see the title of the referred issue.

If needed, the hashtag symbol can also be used in the 'Description' field to create references to other issues.
