Cannot create Dropbox integration

Cannot create Dropbox integration

Some of our users have reported that they are unable to setup a Dropbox integration for their BIMcollab Cloud project, even though they are an Administrator in their Dropbox account.
This happens because the system might recognize the Dropbox administrator as a user without admin rights. As users are not allowed to create a team folder in Dropbox, the task will fail.

This issue will be resolved in the next update of BIMcollab Cloud.

In the meantime, please follow these steps to resolve the problem:
  1. Log in to Dropbox as a Team admin
  2. Create a new team folder with the name "BIMcollab" in Dropbox
  3. Enable the integration in your project in BIMcollab

BIMcollab will recognize that a folder is already present, and will use it.
