Yes, BIMcollab Zoom 4.2 and later versions are fully compatible with Apple Silicon chips with ARM processor.
Zoom native ARM loads IFC files about 30% faster than Zoom in Intel emulation.

For how long will BIMcollab Zoom support Intel Macs?

BIMcollab Zoom for Intel Macs will be supported as long as Apple supports Intel Macs. Apple usually supports its hardware for 4 to 5 years.
