Assign issues to a generic user like ARC or MEP

Although it is not recommended, it is possible to assign problems to a generic user like ARC or MEP.
To do this, you must create a special user. This user does not need to be active, but a valid e-mail address is required.

When you want multiple users to be notified of issues assigned to this generic user, we suggest that you use a group email address so that your mail server takes care of delivering notifications to all affected users.

It is not advisable to let multiple users use the same account to access your BIMcollab Nexus space. Team members should continue to use their individual dedicated accounts for traceability reasons.
