Colors and/or annotations can be removed in several ways:
Use the right click menu when a colored object or an annotation is selected and choose the corresponding remove command
Use 'Restore view' from the menu. All personalized annotations and colors will be removed.
When zooming to an issue form the issues tab or running a Smart view, colors and annotations, as well as section planes are automatically cleaned up
