In BIMcollab Zoom , the model tree is sorted alphabetically. To sort and group models, prefixes can be used on the models in your file:
Right-click a model in the model tree
Choose ‘Add prefix’ to give models a prefix
Models with the same prefix will be grouped.
Prefixes are stored in the project folder or project file, so next time you open the project the models will be sorted the same way.
⚠️ Attention: It is not possible to use the prefix function with models that originate from the WebViewer. Read more about this feature here: Loading WebViewer models in BIMcollab Zoom
However, starting with BIMcollab Zoom version 9.4, model tags assigned in the BIMcollab WebViewer are accessible as properties within BIMcollab Zoom. These tags appear under the property set titled "Model tags assigned to this model in BIMcollab WebViewer" in the Properties tab of each WebViewer model. Once available as properties, these model tags can be utilized across various BIMcollab Zoom functionalities, including Smart Views, Lists, Clash Detection, and Smart Properties.
